I stayed in the Marine Hotel for a long weekend in June '07 and was extremely happy with my choice. The atmosphere in the hotel is very welcoming, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was very comfortable and spacious with beautiful views and the food was very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dublin.
