The brick fronted budget Issacs Hostel is set in a former wine warehouse situated opposite Dublin's main station, one kilometre from the castle. The 249 dormitory beds are set in simply furnishings rooms decorated with patterned fabrics, wooden floors and beamed ceilings. All have linens and duvets, housekeeping services, and ironing boards on request.
The lobby has a television and fireplace for rainy days, as well as a pool table and high speed Internet. Isaacs Deli is a cosy café serving up a variety of homemade soups, sandwiches and meals. Multilingual staff at the 24 hour front desk also offer a safe deposit box, currency exchange service, and tour and sightseeing advice. Guests can visit the infamous Dublin Castle one kilometre away. The hostel has excellent transport links, 300 metres from Connolly Train Station, two kilometres from the car ferry, and ten kilometres from Dublin International Airport.
